Just having a bit of fun with my sister's Sony Alpha and 50mm prime lens at f/1.8. It's actually her work camera, but she letting me play around with it a bit! Hopefully I'll go out tomorrow when it's light to get some nature shots!

The background on this is really nice, but the blurring around the edges of the cup is a little excessive.

Yeah, that's the effect you get with the lens I used! But I quite like it!
